CALL CENTRE

Customer Service Representative (part-time)

Main Job Duties:

- To handle all incoming and outgoing calls for products & services enquiries,
promotion campaigns, handling procedures & charges, loans, credit card,
money transfer …

- To cross selling banking and insurance products and services

- To handle customer complaints

- To prepare daily statistical reports


Requirements:

- Form 5 graduated, diploma or university degree holder will be an
advantage

- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, written and spoken

- Good communication skill, outgoing and responsible

- Capable to work under pressure

- Willing to work on shift (8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday)

COMMERCIAL BANKING

Account Manager

Main Job Duties:

- To promote, solicit and develop existing and new business relating to trade
finance and commercial lending activities

- To perform credit activities including credit appraisal, annual review, preparing
credit proposals, credit risk analysis and cross-selling banking/insurance
products to corporate customers


Requirements:

- Degree holder with 2 – 3 years of experience in commercial lending and
trade finance

- Knowledge of wealth management and financial planning

- Good presentation, negotiation and English writing skills

- Self-driven, result-oriented and able to work under pressure

RETAIL BANKING

Account Manager/Officer

Main Job Duties:

- To handle all kinds of credits applications e.g. loans, credit card, banking facilities, etc.

- To sell all kinds of banking / insurance products and services

- To provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints

- To generate new business


Requirements:

- Form 5 graduate or above, degree holder will be an advantage

- Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken

- Minimum 2 years of banking experience

- Sound knowledge of financial products and services

- Good presentation and negotiation skill

- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Account Officer

Teller

Main Job Duties:

- To handle cash and non cash transactions of all retail customers

- To operate the ATM machine on a daily basis

- To promote bank / insurance products to retail customers


Requirements:

- Form 5 graduate or above

- Can communicate in simple spoken English and Mandarin

- Good commercial, communication and interpersonal skills

- Factors of preference:

a) Banking experience

b) End-user computer experience

OTHER DEPARTMENTS

Clerk / Junior Clerk

Main Job Duties:

- To handle daily administration and documentations work of a department

- To type, file and make photocopies of documents


Requirements:

- Form 5 graduate or above

- Basic spoken and written Chinese and English

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Banking experience preferable

- Proficient in MS Office e.g. Words, Excel and PowerPoint
