The Promotion Period of “Easy Peasy Redemption Offer” (“Promotion”) is from 1 April until 31 May 2019 (“Promotion Period”). |

The Promotion is applicable to all Credit Cards and Co-branded Credit Cards (including Principle Card and Supplementary Card) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM bank”), except Doremon Credit Card and BCM World Mastercard. |

Cardholders can choose to redeem designated gifts (“Gifts”) and fulfill the designated spending requirement within the Promotion Period in correspondence to the total amount of Gifts being redeemed. |
4. |
The accumulated spending on the Principle Card and Supplementary Card will be separately calculated. |
5. |
The Bonus Points in association with the redemption will be deducted from the relevant Credit Card account within one month after the Promotion Period. |
6. |
Shall more than one Gift is collected; the required accumulated spending amount in entitling to the Gifts will be calculated in an order from the gift with the lowest amount to the highest. |
7. |
Cardholders are required to present BCM Credit Cards for redemption application at BCM Building 4/F Gift Redemption Centre within the Redemption Period. No late application/redemption will be accepted. |
8. |
In case of lost, no replacement of the Gifts or gift redemption letter(s) will be granted. |
9. |
Gifts are available on first-come-first-serve basis whilst stocks last. In case of stock out, BCM Bank reserves the right to amend any of the Gifts without prior notice. |

Pictures of the Gifts are for reference only. Shall there be any discrepancy between the pictures and the actual Gifts, the latter shall prevail, while the discrepancy does not affect the value of the Gifts. |
11. |
Redeemed Gifts or gift redemption letters cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded. |

The following transaction items are excluded for this Promotion: “Easy-Fun” Installment Program, Cash in Plan, Macau Pass top up transaction, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, balance transfer, autopay, annual fee, handling fee, interest-free installment plan, casino chips transaction, interest, financial charge, cash advance, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions. |

If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Gifts have been collected, and resulted in the transactions failing to meet the designated amount, BCM bank has the right to debit the relevant amount that is equivalent to the value of the redeemed Gifts from the relevant Credit Card account or any other bank account possessed by customer in BCM bank in case the Credit Card account is invalid without prior notice. |

BCM bank is not the supplier of the Gifts and will not be responsible for the quality of the products or services provided. |
15. |
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. |
16. |
Cardholders should maintain the Credit Cards valid and with good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the Promotion. |
17. |
In case of dispute, BCM bank and the relevant merchants reserve the right for the final decision. |
18. |
BCM bank reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
19. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
