Redemption Methods:

1. At merchants
   You can approach our designated merchants for instant redemption on site.
2. At BCM Branches
   You are also welcome to any BCM Branch to make the redemption application.
3. By Fax
   Simply fax the completed redemption form to 2871 0563 together with your ID copy.
4. By Mail
   Simply mail the completed redemption form and your ID copy to Macau P.O. Box No. 545.
5. eBanking
   Cardholder with BCM Net e-Banking Service can apply through BCM Net.
6. Telephone banking
   Cardholder can apply through TeleBCM - Credit Card Phone Banking Service.

Note: The redemption letter will be sent to cardholder within 7 working days upon receipt of the application through e-Banking, telephone banking, fax or by mail.
