How to Apply?

1. All applicants (including the supplementary card applicants) must be Macau residents and aged 18 or above.
2. In order to speed up the processing of your application, kindly remember to enclose copies of the following documents when you submit the application form, whilst originals should be provided for verification.

a) Your and any supplementary card applicant’s identity document (B.I.R./B.I./Passport)
b) Your latest 3 months’ payroll advice or income proof (including the name of the applicant, name of the employer or company name, current salary and authorized company chop)
c) Your bank statement / passbook stating the last 3 months’ transactions (including the inside cover page of your passbook showing your name and A/C No.)
d) Proof of residence within the latest half-year (such as water bill / electricity bill, etc)
e) The Business Registration Certificate and the latest Company Tax Assessment if you are a partner in a business or your latest Tax Assessment if you are a sole proprietor.

3. Depending on individual cases, the bank reserves the right to request for additional document(s) or information to facilitate the card approval.
