Priority Pass Airport Lounge Program
Terms and Conditions:

1. The Priority Pass Airport Lounge Program (“Offer”) period is 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009 (“This calendar year”).
2. BCM Visa Platinum Credit Cardholder (“Cardholder”) with the free Priority Pass membership presented by Banco Comercial de Macau, S. A. (“BCM bank) can be entitled to this offer only.
3. Cardholders with accumulated transactions (excluding cash advance) of MOP/HKD80,000 to MOP/HKD999,999 OR MOP/HKD100,000 and above made within this calendar year, will entitle to 2 times OR 4 times of free access respectively to the worldwide airport lounges of Priority Pass.
4. Transactions made by Principle and Supplementary cards are included.
5. Only retail transactions with sales slips generated during the eligible period are included for this Reward. The following transaction items are excluded: internet transactions, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, balance transfer, autopay, annual fee, handling fee, interest-free installment plan, casino transaction, interest, financial charge, cash advance, cheque payment, late fee, or without sales slip, unposted / cancelled / refunded and unauthorized transactions.
6. The unused free assess to the airport lounges will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward to/after 30 June of next calendar year.
7. BCM bank is not the gift/service supplier and will not be responsibility for the quality, services and any matters in relation to the gift/service.
8. BCM bank reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of BCM bank shall be final.
10. If the English version of the Terms and Conditions does not conform to the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
