登記只適用於持有「澳門商業銀行Visa白金卡」預先批核通知信之客戶。客戶按“遞交”後即表示客戶同意提供以上資料予澳門商業銀行股份有限公司(“本行”) 確認同意接受澳門商業銀行股份有限公司預先批核之澳門商業銀行Visa白金卡之用途。客戶必須確保上述之資料正確無誤，如因資料錯漏或無效而引致客戶有任何損失，本行概不負責。

Registration is only applicable for holders with “BCM Visa Platinum Card” notification letter. By pressing the “Submit” button, Cardholder agrees to provide the above information to Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM bank”) for the acceptance the BCM Visa Platinum Card by BCM bank. Cardholder should ensure the above information is true and correct and BCM bank is not liable for any loss incurred if the information is found incorrect or invalid.
