1. |
The Promotion of “Credit Card Top-Up Welcome Rewards” (“the Promotion”) is jointly held by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“the Bank”) and MACAU Pass S.A. (“MACAU Pass”). |
2. |
The Promotion Period is from 10 August to 9 September 2019, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |
3. |
The Promotion is applicable to the Bank only. |
4. |
The Promotion is applicable to the customers (“Eligible Cardholders”) with Credit Cards or Co-branded Credit Cards (including Supplementary Cards but excluding UnionPay Credit Cards for Reward 2) (“Credit Cards”) issued by the Bank. |
5. |
“Rewards” |

5.1. “Reward 1” |
|
5.1.1. Eligible Cardholders can entitle to a MACAU Pass Card with preloaded amount of MOP18 upon successful registration of Macau Pass Auto Top Up Service (“Auto Top Up Service”) during the Promotion Period. |

5.1.2. Customers can register up to 4 MACAU Pass Cards for Reward 1 whilst registration quota available on the Bank’s record. |
|
5.1.3. If violation of clause (5.1.2) is found, MACAU Pass and the Bank reserve the right to deduct a card fee of MOP30, the relevant preloaded amount plus an administration fee of MOP30 directly from the corresponding Credit Card account. |

5.2. “Reward 2” |
|
5.2.1. Eligible Cardholders who have successfully registered the Bank Credit Card on MPay with the first top up transaction made during the Promotion Period can entitle to a MPay Red packet of MOP38 (“MPay Red Packet”). The eligible top up transaction must be the first top up transaction made with any of the registered Credit Card(s) since the related MPay account is created, disregarding the number of Credit Cards registered under the same MPay account. |

5.2.2. The first top up transaction amount must be MOP500 or above. |

5.2.3. Relevant MPay Red Packet will be credited to relevant MPay accounts within one month after the Promotion Period and are not transferrable or cannot be exchanged for cash. |

5.2.4. Customers can only be entitled to one MPay Cash Packet in Reward 2. |

5.3. The Promotion is not applicable to Eligible Cardholders with any cancellation record(s) of Auto Top Up Service or Top Up Service for MPay during the Promotion Period. Relevant cancellation records are subject to the internal records of Macau Pass. |

5.4. Should the Eligible Cardholder who has redeemed the MACAU Pass Card cancels the Auto Top Up Service or Top Up Service of MPay within 3 months from the application date, or a cancellation record as stated in clause (5.3) was found, the Bank and MACAU Pass reserve the right to debit a card fee of MOP30, preloaded value and/or MPay Red Packet plus an administration fee of MOP30 directly from the corresponding Credit Card account. Any unpaid card fee(s) may result in termination of the MACAU Pass Services. Detailed terms and conditions related to such matters will be stipulated in the gift acknowledgement receipt. |

5.5. All the registration and top up transactions will be based on the internal record of Macau Pass. |

5.6. Rewards will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis whilst stock lasts. |
6. |
Eligible Cardholders must comply with the Auto Top Up Service and/or MPay Service terms and conditions in order to be entitled to the Promotion. |
7. |
Eligible Cardholders should maintain the relevant Credit Cards with valid and good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to be entitled to the Promotion. |
8. |
The redeemed gifts cannot be exchanged for cash nor returned. |
9. |
BCM bank and MACAU Pass reserve the right to make changes or amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
10. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
11. |
In case of any dispute, BCM bank and MACAU Pass reserve the right for the final decision. |
12. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
