The Promotion Period of “Mega Sale Carnival Reward Round 2” (“Promotion”) is from 19 October to 8 November 2020, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Spending Period is from 19 October to 8 November 2020 (“Spending Period”) and the Redemption Period is from 6 to 8 November 2020 (“Redemption Period”). |

The Promotion is applicable to all Credit Cards (including Principle Cards and Supplementary Cards) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“the Bank”), except Doraemon, World Mastercard, UnionPay Diamond and UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum “Miles Reward” Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Cards”). |

Cardholders who have made designated accumulated retail spending with their eligible Credit Cards within the Promotion Period can redeem the corresponding gifts (“Gift”) at special prices. |
4. |
Spending on the Principle Card and Supplementary Card will be individually calculated. |
5. |
Spending amount of Dual Currency Credit Card will be individually calculated in each currency. |

Cardholders are requested to present the original sales slip(s) and BCM Credit Cards for verification to collect the Gift Redemption Letter (“Redemption Letter”) at 14th Mega Sale Carnival Redemption Center within the Redemption Period. |
7. |
Gifts are available on first-come-first-served basis whilst stock lasts. No late redemption will be accepted. The bank reserves the right to amend or cancel the types of the Gifts without prior notice. |

Pictures of the Gifts are for reference only. Shall there be any discrepancy between the pictures and the actual Gifts, the latter shall prevail, while the discrepancy does not affect value of the Gifts. |

The following transaction items are excluded: all non-retail transactions, including (but without limitation) any credit card installment program, Macau Pass and MPay related top-up transaction, casino chips, gambling nature transactions, balance transfer, autopay, cash advance, credit card annual fee, charges, handling fee, interest or financial charges, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions plus any other transaction defined by the Bank from time to time. |

Each sales slip is limited to entitle one Gift, disregarding the transaction amount. |
11. |
All presented sales slips for the Promotion are deemed acknowledged and agreed by the Cardholders for the redemption and will not be returned. No photocopies will be accepted. |

In the case of Cardholders spending multiple times at the same merchant within the same day, only one sales slip from the merchant will be valid for redemption. |
13. |
The Bonus Points in association with the relevant spending will be deducted from the relevant Credit Card account after the Promotion Period. |
14. |
The Bonus Points in association with the relevant spending will not be reversed in case Cardholders cancel or return the Reward under all circumstances and reasons. |
15. |
Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card and with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion. |

If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Rewards have been collected, and resulted in the transactions failing to meet the designated amount, the bank has the right to debit the value of the redeemed Rewards from the relevant Credit Card account or any other bank account possessed by cardholder in the bank in case the Credit Card account is invalid without prior notice. |

The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. The required spending used for entitling the Promotion cannot be used for other offers. |

The Bank reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |

This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |

In case of dispute, the Bank reserves the right for the final decision. |

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
