1. |
“BCM x MPay Digital Payment Service Launching Campaign” (“Campaign”) is jointly organized by Banco Comerical de Macau, S.A.(“BCM”) and Macau Pass S.A.(“Macau Pass”). |
2. |
The Promotion Period of the Campaign is from 10 May 2021 till 23 May 2021 (both dates inclusive)(“Promotion Period”). |
3. |
The Campaign is only applicable to the customers who have successfully registered eligible BCM bank account(“BCM Account”) for BCM Digital Payment Service (“BCM Digital Payment Service”) with MPay Wallet(“MPay”) during the Promotion Period (“Customers”). |

3.1 |
The eligible BCM Account types include all MOP current and savings accounts that are under sole ownership. Children and joint accounts are ineligible. |
4. |
“New Binding Welcome Red Packet” |
|
4.1 |
The first 1,500 Customers of BCM who have successfully registered their BCM Accounts with MPay for BCM Digital Payment Service during the Promotion Period can entitle to MOP38 MPay Welcome Red Packet; |

4.2 |
Each Customer can only entitle to the Welcome Red Packet for once. |
5. |
“Top-Up to Earn Red Packets” |
|
5.1 |
During the Promotion Period, Customers can entitle to one MPay red packet lucky draw chance for every MPay top up transaction of MOP500 or above with the registered BCM Account. Each MPay red packet amount is randomly generated, up to a maximum of MOP288. |

5.2 |
Each customer can entitle to multiple lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period. |
|
5.3 |
The MPay red packets are in limited quantity and offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. |
6. |
All MPay red packets of the Campaign will be credited to the relevant MPay accounts automatically and are neither transferrable nor exchanged for cash. |
7. |
The Campaign is not applicable to any refunding, fraudulent or cancelled transactions. |
8. |
Customers are required to remain registered for BCM Digital Payment Service for MPay Service during the Promotion Period in order to entitle to the Lucky Draw. Shall Customers deregister BCM Digital Payment Service or cancel the related BCM Account within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period, BCM bank and Macau Pass reserve the rights to forfeit the relevant Red Packets. |

All the bank account registrations and top up transactions for entitlement to the Campaign are based on the system record of Macau Pass. |
10. |
Customers who join the Campaign will be bounded by: |

Macau Pass Online Payment Service – Express Payment Service Agreement |
|
10.2 |
BCM bank Master Terms and Conditions; and |
|
10.3 |
BCM bank Digital Payment Service Terms and Conditions. |
11. |
Customers should maintain the BCM bank Account as valid and with good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the Campaign. |
12. |
To prevent bad behavior from procedural loopholes, Macau Pass and BCM reserve the right to cancel any transactions in doubts and recover any loss incurred due to these transactions. |
13. |
BCM and Macau Pass reserve the rights to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
14. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
15. |
In case of dispute, BCM and Macau Pass reserve the rights for the final decision. |
16. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
