The Promotion Period of the "Festive CASA Account Offers" (“Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM bank”) is from 1 February 2019 until 29 March 2019 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). |

Customer who successfully applied for designated banking products/services during the Promotion Period can entitle to designated offers namely (1) Savings + Account Offer, (2) Special Savings Plan Offer (3) New Account Welcome Offer. |
3. |
Special Savings Plan (Offer 1): |

3.1 |
This Plan is applicable for MOP/HKD ONLY and the deposit period is 6 or 12 months (“Deposit Cycle”)
|

3.2 |
The interest granted on maturity will be credited to customer’s designated settlement account together with the principal amount, that is the sum of the “Initial Deposit Amount” and the Monthly Deposit Amount during the first Deposit Cycle.
|
|
3.3 |
Automatic renewal is applicable for this Plan upon the maturity of the current Deposit Cycle, the Bank will automatic renew the Plan in accordance with the designated Monthly Deposit Amount without the “Initial Deposit Amount” whilst the renewed Special Interest rate is subject to the BCM bank prevailing rates for “ideal Savings Plan” and “Doraemon Deposit Reward Program” set forth at the time of the automatic renewal.

3.4 |
The minimum Monthly Deposit Amount is MOP/HKD 2,000 or its equivalent.

3.5 |
In case of cancellation of the automatic renewal, Customer has to provide written instruction or approach any branch of the Bank at least 7 working days prior to the maturity of this Plan.
|

3.6 |
Customer has to ensure to have adequate fund in the Settlement Account to settle the Monthly Deposit Amount. Customer who fulfills the requirement of making the Monthly Deposit Amount during the entire Deposit Cycle will be entitled to the interest payment according to the prevailing Special Interest Rate defined at times of automatic renewal.

3.7 |
If Customer fails to make the Monthly Deposit Amount within 7 days, the Bank has the right to terminate the Plan whilst the interest payment according to the Special Interest Rate will be forfeited.

3.8 |
If Customer terminates the Plan or changes the pre-defined Monthly Deposit Amount within the duration of a Deposit Cycle, the current Deposit Cycle will be ceased automatically and the interest payment according to the Special Interest Rate stated in this application form will be forfeited whilst the total deposit amount will be credited to the Settlement Account. For Customer who applies to change the Monthly Deposit Amount, the Bank will open a new Plan and start a new Deposit Cycle from the date of application.

3.9 |
In case the Plan maturity date falls on bank holidays, relevant maturity date will be postponed to the next working day.
|
4. |
New Account Welcome Offer (“Offer 2”):
|

4.1 |
During the Promotion Period, existing customer and brand new customer can entitle to Cash Rebate amount of MOP/HKD50 or MOP/HKD100 (“Cash Rebate”) respectively upon opening new CASA account.
|
|
4.2 |
Each customer can entitle to the Interest Rewards for ONE time only.
|
|
4.3 |
The Cash Rebate will be automatically deposit into the related account within 1 month after the Promotion ends.
|
|
4.4 |
Shall the customer cancel the relevant account within 3 months; BCM bank has the right to debit the Cash Rebate amount from the account.
|
5. |
The Bank has full discretion in determining or amending the Interest Rates from time to time with prior notice to Customers.
|
6. |
The offers of the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the Bank’s other offers. |
7. |
BCM bank reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the above offers at anytime without prior notice. |
8. |
BCM bank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. |
9. |
In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
