Personal Loan - Daily interest as low as $1

Terms and Conditions
1.	Applicants who successfully applied for the Personal Loan Special Interest and Life Insurance Offer Program (“The Program”) of Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM Bank”) from 1 November to 31 December 2018 (“Campaign Period”) can entitle to the “Special Interest Rate Offer” (“Interest Offer”) and a free Life Insurance (“Life insurance”).
2.	“Interest Offer”
2.1	The minimum loan amount of the campaign is MOP/HKD30,000.
2.2	The loan period must be 24 months / 36 months / 48 months / 60 months.
2.3	Early Partial Repayment is not allowed for BCM Personal Loans under this Interest Offer.
2.4	Early Full Repayment within the first 12 months of loan period is subject to a penalty of 2-months interest on initial loan principal or MOP/HKD300 (whichever is higher); Early Full Repayment from the13th month of loan period and onward is subject to a penalty of 1.5-months interest on initial loan principal or MOP/HKD300 (whichever is higher).
2.5	The loan applications are subjected to the final approval by the Bank at the prevailing interest rate defined from time to time by the Bank without prior notice.
3	“Life Insurance”
3.1	Applicants who successfully applied for the Personal Loan during the Campaign Period would be offered a free Life Insurance of Tahoe Life Insurance Company (Macau) Limited (“Tahoe Life”) with coverage of the outstanding loan amount under the conditions of: i) customers age is within 18 to 60 years old; ii) the granted loan tenor is within 24 to 60 months; and iii) the granted loan size is MOP/HKD300, 000 or below.
3.2	The Insurance applications are bounded by terms and conditions stipulated in the insurance policy issued by Tahoe Life.
3.3	The Insurance application is subject to the final approval by Tahoe Life.
3.4	The Insurance could not be changed, exchanged for cash or transferred.
4	BCM is not the supplier of the Insurance and take no responsibility to the products or services provided.
5	BCM Bank and Tahoe Life reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
6.	In case of dispute, BCM Bank and Tahoe Life reserve the right for the final decision.
7.	In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Note:

ARP ranges from 3.6% to 5.76%.
Repayment period ranges from 24 months to 60 months.
Assume granted loan amount is MOP50,000 with repayment period of 48 months, the monthly repayment amount is as low as MOP1,192 each month, total repayment amount is MOP57,200.
BCM bank reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
