1. General Inquiry

• General inquiry of your bank accounts, credit card and loan accounts
• Summary of your personal asset portfolio, gives you an overall view of your financial situation
• Inquiry of latest transaction record and transaction history available for download

2. Transfer and Payment Service

• Transfer within own assets and to third parties under BCM accounts or to other bank accounts at local or overseas
• Bill payment to designated merchants through Autopay Service or online payment service with your BCM accounts

3. Other In-depth Functions

• Request of cheque book, cashier order, remittance, apply for "TeleBCM" service, autopay and other bank services
• Standing Order - Instruction for executing transfer of fund or settlement of payments on specific date(s) periodically or on one-time basis. Modification or cancellation of unexecuted standing order can be done 24 hours online.
