Similar to our Housing Loan service, we offer flexible payment scheme that allows you to choose from various repayment options to suit your different financial needs. If you wish to accumulate more on your savings and save more on interest, you can choose to repay a constant amount of monthly principal throughout the loan period where the monthly interests are based on the outstanding loan balance.

Alternatively, if you want to have steady expenditure every month, you can choose to have a constant monthly installment throughout the loan period, out of which, the monthly interests will keep on reducing according to the outstanding loan balance.

For application, simply come in person to one of our BCM branches with your I.D. copy, income proof, latest 6 months of bank statement, asset declaration and sales contract.
