U.S. Stock Trading Services Welcome Offer

Terms & Conditions:

1.	The Promotion Period of “U.S. Stock Trading Service Welcome Rewards” (“Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is from 2 October to 31 December 2026, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2.	Welcome Reward
	2.1 Customers who have successfully opened New U.S. Stock Trading Account and New Investment Service during the Promotion Period will receive a welcome gift – Multifunctional LED lamp.
	2.2 Gifts are offered on first-come-first-served bases with limited supply.
3.	Unlimited Transaction Brokerage Fee Waiver
	3.1 Customers who have opened NEW U.S. Stock Trading Account during the Promotion Period (“Customer”) can be entitled to unlimited Brokerage Fee Waiver (“Brokerage Fee Waiver”) for U.S. Stock Trading buy and sell transactions from the account open date to 31 March, 2027.
	3.2 The Brokerage Fee Waiver will be rewarded in terms of cash Rebate (“Rebate) and automatically deposited into the relevant settlement account after the Promotion Period.
4.	Portfolio Transfer Subsidy Offer
	Customers who transfer U.S. Stock Portfolio (“Portfolio”) to BCM during the Promotion Period are eligible for entitling the Portfolio Transfer Subsidy up to HKD1,000 per month, whilst VIP customers are eligible for subsidy amount up to HKD2,000.
5.	Portfolio Transfer Reward
	5.1 Customers who transfer Portfolio of HKD300,000 or above during the Promotion Period can be entitled a HKD200 cash rebate, whilst New VIP Banking Customers can be entitled either a HKD500 cash rebate or a Ready to Service Braised South Africa Dried Abalone at customer's choice.
	5.2 Gifts are offered on first-come-first-served basis whilst supply lasts. BCM reserves the right to change the gift item at anytime without prior notice.
	5.3 BCM is not the gifts supplier and will not be responsible for the quality and any matters in relation to the gifts. Customers should resolve such issues directly with the supplier.
6.	Unless specified otherwise, each Customer can only be entitled to the above Offers once subjected to the bank’s record, regardless of the number of accounts opened.
7.	Should Customer close the relevant accounts before the Rebate are credited, the entitlement will be automatically forfeited.
8.	Relevant accounts should maintain good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to be entitled to the above offers.
9.	In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision.
10.	This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
11.	BCM reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
12.	If there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
