The Promotion Period of Securities Trading Account Offer (“Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is from 1 April – 30 June 2025, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |

BUY Transaction Brokerage Fee Waiver Offer |

2.1 |
Customers who have opened NEW Securities Trading Account OR Transferred Securities Trading Portfolio during the Promotion Period can entitle 3-month BUY transaction brokerage Fee Waiver, whilst the VIP customers can enjoy 6-month BUY transaction fee waiver. Each customer can enjoy the waiver with maximum amount of HKD1,000 per month. |

2.2 |
Brand new customers can enjoy 3-month transaction brokerage fee waiver upon successfully transferring in UT of HKD300,000 or above from other banks and opened new securities trading account during the Promotion Period. Each customer can enjoy the waiver with maximum of HKD4,800. |

2.3 |
The Offer 2.1 and Offer 2.2 cannot be used in conjunction. |

2.4 |
Customer can only entitle to one BUY transaction fee waiver offer per month. |

2.5 |
New Securities Trading Accounts refer to customers who have not possessed by BCM securities trading account during the past 12 months. |

Portfolio Transfer Subsidy Offer |
| |
3.1 |
Customers who transfer the Portfolio during the Promotion Period can enjoy Portfolio Transfer Subsidy (“The Subsidy”) up to HKD1,000 per month, whilst VIP customers can be entitle to a maximum of HKD2,000 Subsidy. |

Securities Trading Account Referral Offer (“Referral Offer”) |

4.1 |
Existing BCM customer (“Referrer”) who successfully refer brand new BCM securities trading customers during Promotion Period to make accumulated securities trading transaction of HKD10,000 or above within 3 months of account opening (“Referee”) can be entitled to the corresponding cash rebate. |

4.2 |
Each Referrer can be entitled to the referral offer up to 5 times for Non-VIP and 5 times for VIP customer and enjoy a maximum cash rebate of HKD2,800. Each Referee can enjoy rebate once regardless of number customers being referred. |

4.3 |
The offer is only applicable to the Referee who has not possessed any BCM securities trading account during the past 12 months. |

4.4 |
The offer is not applicable to BCM staff. |

| 5. |
The transaction brokerage fee will be debited from the customer's settlement account first, whilst the brokerage fee offer will be rewarded in terms of cash rebate, and the refund will be made after the Promotion Period. |

All related rebates/ Subsidy of the Promotion will be automatically deposited into the related settlement account. |
| 7. |
Shall customer closed the relevant accounts before the rebates/subsidy are credited, the related rebate/subsidy will be automatically forfeited. |

The relevant accounts should maintain good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the above offers. |
| 9. |
In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision. |
| 10. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
| 11. |
BCM reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
| 12. |
If there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
