Securities Trading Service Offers

Terms and Conditions for "IPO Subscription Offer"

1.	The Promotion Period (“Promotion Period”) of the “IPO Subscription Offer” of Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is from 1 June to 30 September 2026.
2.	BCM Securities Trading customers who subscribe IPO via all subscription channels can enjoy Handling Fee Waiver during the Promotion Period.
3.	The IPO Subscription fee will be debited from the customer's settlement account first, whilst the fee offer will be rewarded in terms of cash rebate, and the refund will be made after the Promotion Period. All rebates of the Promotion will be automatically deposited into the related settlement account.
4.	The relevant accounts should maintain good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the above offers.
5.	In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision.
6.	This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
7.	BCM reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
8.	If there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions for "Transaction Brokerage Fee Waiver Offer" and "Portfolio Transfer Subsidy Offer"

1.	The Promotion Period of Securities Trading Account Offer (“Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is from 1 July – 30 September 2026, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2.	BUY Transaction Brokerage Fee Waiver Offer
	2.1		Customers who have opened NEW Securities Trading Account OR Transferred Securities Trading Portfolio during the Promotion Period can entitle 3-month BUY transaction brokerage Fee Waiver. Each customer can enjoy the waiver with maximum amount of HKD600 per month, whilst VIP customer can enjoy the waiver with maximum amount of HKD1,000 per month.
	2.2		Customer can only entitle to one BUY transaction fee waiver offer per month.
	2.3		New Securities Trading Accounts refer to customers who have not possessed by BCM securities trading account during the past 12 months.
3.	Portfolio Transfer Offer
		3.1	Customers who transfer the Portfolio during the Promotion Period can enjoy Portfolio Transfer Subsidy (“The Subsidy”) up to HKD1,000 per month, whilst VIP customers can be entitle to a maximum of HKD2,000 Subsidy.
		3.2	Customers who transfer Portfolio of HKD300,000 or above during the Promotion Period and become VIP Banking Customers can be entitled either a HKD500 cash rebate or a Ready to Serve Braised South Africa Dried Abalone at customer’s choice.
			3.2.1 Gifts are offered on first-come-first-served basis whilst supply lasts. BCM reserves the right to change the gift item at anytime without prior notice.
			3.2.2 BCM is not the gifts supplier and will not be responsible for the quality and any matters in relation to the gifts. Customers should resolve such issues directly with the supplier.
4.		The transaction brokerage fee will be debited from the customer's settlement account first, whilst the brokerage fee offer will be rewarded in terms of cash rebate, and the refund will be made after the Promotion Period.
5.		All related rebates/ Subsidy of the Promotion will be automatically deposited into the related settlement account.
6.		Shall customer closed the relevant accounts before the rebates/subsidy are credited, the related rebate/subsidy will be automatically forfeited.
7.		The relevant accounts should maintain good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the above offers.
8.		In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision.
9.		This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
10.		BCM reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
11.		If there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
