Terms and Conditions for "Investment Service Rewards"

Customers who have successfully transferred in Securities Trading Portfolio from other banks to BCM during the Promotion Period, and make subscription of ELIR transaction within the following 3 months upon the portfolio transferal date, can enjoy extra HKD500 cash reward, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD1,000 cash reward.

1.	The Promotion Period of “Investment Service Reward Program” (“The Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is from 1 April to 30 June 2025, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2.	New-to-Product Customers Welcome Offer
	2.1	The offer is applicable to customers who has no transaction on the following types of products in past 12 months or above (“Eligible Customers”).
	2.2	Eligible Customers who have successfully subscribe the following products during the Promotion Period can enjoy the corresponding special commission rate or ONCE-OFF cash reward as below:
	2.2.1	Investment Fund Special Commission Rate
	2.2.1.1	Customers can enjoy Investment Fund special commission rate of 0.3%, whilst VIP customers can enjoy 0.15% respectively.
	2.2.1.2	Each customer is limited to enjoy the special commission rate at a maximum investment amount of HKD200,000.
	2.2.2	Cash Reward Offer
	2.2.2.1	Customers can enjoy cash reward of HKD1,500 for accumulated Bond investment amount of HKD1,000,000 or above, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD2,500;
	2.2.2.2	Customers can enjoy cash reward of HKD500 for accumulated ELI/ELIR investment amount of HKD200,000 or above, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD1,000;
	2.2.2.3	Customers can enjoy cash reward of HKD100 for accumulated CLI investment amount of HKD200,000 or above, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD200.
	2.3	The accumulated investment amount of each type of product should be counted separately.
3.	Investment Transaction Reward
	3.1	Customers who subscribe minimum accumulated Investment Fund amount of HKD200,000 during the Promotion Period can be entitled to the corresponding Cash Reward as below:
	3.1.1	Customers can enjoy Cash Reward of HKD200 for every HKD200,000 of accumulated Investment Fund amount, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD400 Cash Reward respectively;
	3.1.2	Only Investment Fund transaction with commission rate of 1.5% or above will be eligible for entitling to the offer.
	3.2	Customers who subscribe minimum accumulated Bond investment amount of HKD1,000,000 during the Promotion Period can be entitled to the corresponding Cash Reward as below:
	3.2.1	Customer can enjoy Cash Reward of HKD200 for every HKD200,000 of accumulated Bond investment amount, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD400 Cash Reward respectively.
	3.2.2	Only Bond transaction with commission rate of 0.8% or above will be eligible for entitling to the offer.
	3.3	Customers who subscribe minimum accumulated ELI/ELIR investment amount of HKD200,000 during the Promotion Period can be entitled to the corresponding Cash Reward as below:
	3.3.1	Customer can enjoy Cash Reward of HKD200 for every HKD200,000 of accumulated ELI/ELIR investment amount, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD400 Cash Reward respectively.
	3.4	Customer who subscribe accumulated CLI investment amount of HKD1,000,000, HKD3,000,000 or HKD5,000,000 can be entitled to Cash Reward of HKD50, HKD150 or HKD250, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD100, HKD300 or HKD500 respectively.
4.	ELIR Subscription Extra Reward
	4.1	Customers who have successfully transferred in Securities Trading Portfolio from other banks to BCM during the Promotion Period, and make subscription of ELIR transaction within the following 3 months upon the portfolio transferal date, can enjoy extra HKD500 cash reward, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD1,000 cash reward.
5.	Investment Fund Transfer Cash Reward
	5.1	Customers can enjoy the corresponding Cash Reward upon successfully transferring in Investment Fund from other banks to BCM during the Promotion Period:
	5.1.1	Normal customers can enjoy Cash Reward of HKD150 for every accumulated HKD300,000 of Investment Fund transferal, whilst VIP customers can enjoy cash reward of HKD300 respectively.
	5.2	Customers can be entitled to a maximum Cash Reward amount of HKD3,900, whilst VIP customers can be entitled to HKD8,400 respectively.
	5.3	Relevant Investment Fund units cannot be transferred out within 6 months after transferring in.
6.	Each customer can be entitled to a maximum reward amount of HKD20,800 from Investment Transaction Reward and ELIR Subscription Extra Reward.
7.	All Cash Rewards of the Promotion will be automatically deposited into the related settlement account.
8.	Shall customers close the relevant accounts before the Cash Rewards are credited, the related Cash Rewards will be automatically forfeited.
9.	The relevant accounts should maintain good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the above offers.
10.	In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision.
11.	This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
12.	The Bank reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
13.	If there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions for "Transaction Brokerage Fee Waiver Offer" and "Portfolio Transfer Subsidy Offer"

The Promotion Period of Securities Trading Account Offer (“Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is from 1 April – 30 June 2025, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

BUY Transaction Brokerage Fee Waiver Offer

2.1

Customers who have opened NEW Securities Trading Account OR Transferred Securities Trading Portfolio during the Promotion Period can entitle 3-month BUY transaction brokerage Fee Waiver, whilst the VIP customers can enjoy 6-month BUY transaction fee waiver. Each customer can enjoy the waiver with maximum amount of HKD1,000 per month.

2.2

Brand new customers can enjoy 3-month transaction brokerage fee waiver upon successfully transferring in UT of HKD300,000 or above from other banks and opened new securities trading account during the Promotion Period. Each customer can enjoy the waiver with maximum of HKD4,800.

2.3

The Offer 2.1 and Offer 2.2 cannot be used in conjunction.

2.4

Customer can only entitle to one BUY transaction fee waiver offer per month.

2.5

New Securities Trading Accounts refer to customers who have not possessed by BCM securities trading account during the past 12 months.

Portfolio Transfer Subsidy Offer

3.1

Customers who transfer the Portfolio during the Promotion Period can enjoy Portfolio Transfer Subsidy (“The Subsidy”) up to HKD1,000 per month, whilst VIP customers can be entitle to a maximum of HKD2,000 Subsidy.

Securities Trading Account Referral Offer (“Referral Offer”)

4.2

Each Referrer can be entitled to the referral offer up to 5 times for Non-VIP and 5 times for VIP customer and enjoy a maximum cash rebate of HKD2,800. Each Referee can enjoy rebate once regardless of number customers being referred.

4.3

The offer is only applicable to the Referee who has not possessed any BCM securities trading account during the past 12 months.

4.4

The offer is not applicable to BCM staff.

The transaction brokerage fee will be debited from the customer's settlement account first, whilst the brokerage fee offer will be rewarded in terms of cash rebate, and the refund will be made after the Promotion Period.

All related rebates/ Subsidy of the Promotion will be automatically deposited into the related settlement account.

Shall customer closed the relevant accounts before the rebates/subsidy are credited, the related rebate/subsidy will be automatically forfeited.

The relevant accounts should maintain good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the above offers.

In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision.
