Activate Security Authentication Service
3.1 Upon successful login, please click “Active” button on the screen to activate Security Authentication Service.

3.2 According to your mobile device and follow the instruction on the screen, please select one or more authentication method(s) for activation:

  • Touch ID / Fingerprint Authentication
  • Face ID / Facial Recognition Authentication
  • Security Passcode Authentication (default as activate)

Before clicking to “Next” button, please read through and accept the “Terms & Conditions” for Security Authentication Service.

3.3 A SMS One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number by the bank to authenticate this instruction, please input the SMS One-Time Password (OTP) and then click “Next” button.

3.4 If you choose to activate the Fingerprint Authentication, please touch the fingerprint sensor on your mobile device to verify the fingerprint;

3.5 If you choose to activate the Facial Authentication, please follow on-screen instructions and look into your device’s camera to complete the Face ID/Facial Recognition process.

3.6 For the setup of Security Passcode, please enter a self-assigned password that must be between 8-15 characters of alphabets and numbers to be the Security Passcode and then click the “Confirm” button to confirm the activation.
3.7 Upon successful registration, you may now use the activated Security Authentication Service to login to BCM Mobile US Stock Trading Services.
3.8 You can enquire or change your Security Authentication Settings anytime by selecting the function of “Other” -> “Security Authentication Setting” on the “Menu”.
