Login in BCM eCorp Mobile Banking Service
B1. Login in BCM eCorp Mobile Banking Service (For Maker)

1. You can easily access the login page by clicking the “BCM eCorp Instant Login” icon on BCM eCorp Mobile Banking App.
2. Account type as a Maker can only login with Password.

Please login with your Group ID, User ID and Password.

3. You will be greeted with the system welcome page upon successful login.

You can now experience BCM eCorp Mobile Banking Service!

B2. Login in BCM eCorp Mobile Banking Service (For Approver)

4. You can easily access the login page by clicking the “BCM eCorp Instant Login” icon on BCM eCorp Mobile Banking App.

5. Account type as Approver can login with Password or Security Authentication Service

A) Please login with your Group ID, User ID and Password, and proceed with the SMS One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number on Bank’s record

B) If you have successfully activated the Security Authentication Service, the system will automatically prompt the indicator of fingerprint authentication, facial recognition authentication or the security passcode authentication varied by your setting.
6. If you use fingerprint authentication as the login method, please touch the fingerprint sensor on your device to verify your fingerprint.

Remarks: the methods of authentication will vary according to the supported model(s) of the mobile device

7. If you use the facial authentication as the login method, please focus on the camera of your mobile device to verify your Face ID/facial recognition.

8. If you use the Security Passcode as the login method, please enter your self-assigned passcode on the screen and click the “Confirm” button to continue login process.
9. If you wish to change the method of login, please click the “Cancel” button to return to the login page and then select your desired login method.
10.  You will be greeted with the system welcome page upon successful login
