登記只適用於澳門商業銀行澳門保險信用卡升級計劃邀請函之收信人。客戶只需進行一次登記，多於一次之登記將被視為無效。客戶按“遞交”後即表示客戶同意提供以上資料予澳門商業銀行股份有限公司(“本行”) 確認同意參加澳門商業銀行股份有限公司澳門保險信用卡升級計劃之用途。客戶必須確保上述之資料正確無誤，如因資料錯漏或無效而引致客戶有任何損失，本行恕不負責。
Registration is only applicable to the receivers of BCM Macau Insurance Company Credit Card Upgrade Program invitation letter. Customers only need to perform registration one time, any registration in excess will be forfeited. By pressing the “Submit” button, Cardholder agrees to provide the above information to Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM bank”) to participate the Macau Insurance Company Credit Card Upgrade Program by BCM bank. Cardholder should ensure the above information is true and correct and BCM bank is not liable for any loss incurred if the information is found incorrect or invalid.
