Accumulate designated spending/Bonus Point plus special price and present the related sales slip during the Promotion Period to redeem the special Hello Kitty gifts!

- Each sales slip is limited to redeem one Gift disregarding the amount of the transaction.

- Each customer is limited to entitle a maximum of 5 Gifts.

-  All related spending of the presented sales slips used for Gift redemption in the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion Period of “Hello Kitty Gifts Redemption Offer” (“Promotion”) is from 27 March to 2 June 2023 (“Promotion Period”), whereas the spending period is from 27 March to 28 May 2023 ("Spending Period”) and the redemption period is from 27 March to 2 June 2023 ("Redemption Period”).
2. The Promotion is applicable to the Hello Kitty Credit Cards (including Principal Card and Supplementary Card) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“the bank”).
3. During the Promotion Period, cardholders who successfully accumulate retail spending amount of MOP/HKD4,800 or MOP/HKD2,800 plus special price MOP/HKD68, can be entitled to the Hello Kitty Waffle Maker or Hello Kitty Sanitizer with Wireless Charger (“Gift”).
4. Spending on the Principal Card and Supplementary Card will be individually calculated.
5. Cardholders are required to present the original sales slips and BCM Hello Kitty Credit Cards for redemption application at BCM Building 4/F within the Redemption Period. Gifts are available on first-come-first-served basis whilst stocks last. No late application will be accepted.
6. Only retail transactions with sales slip made within the Spending Period are eligible for this Promotion. The following transaction items are excluded: all non-retail transactions, including (but without limitation) any credit card installment program, Macau Pass and MPay related top-up transaction, casino chips, gambling nature transactions, balance transfer,  autopay, cash advance, credit card annual fee, charges, handling fee, interest or financial charges, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions plus any other transaction defined by the Bank from time to time.
7. Each sales slip is limited to redeem one Gift disregarding the amount of the transaction.
8. Each customer is limited to entitle a maximum of 5 Gifts.
9. Only one sales slip can be accepted from the same merchant if multiple transactions were made at the same merchant within the same day.
10. The Special Price in association with the relevant redemption will be deducted from the relevant Credit Card account after the Promotion Period.
11. If the Credit Card or transaction used for Gift redemption were ineligible, the bank has the right to debit an amount equivalent to the value of the redeemed Gift from the relevant Credit Card account, which is MOP600 respectively without prior notice.
12. All presented sales slips for this Promotion are deemed acknowledged and agreed by the Cardholders for the redemption and will not be returned. No photocopies will be accepted.
13. Pictures of the Gift is for reference only. Shall there be any discrepancy between the pictures and the actual Gift, the latter shall prevail, while the discrepancy does not affect the value of the Gift.
14. All related spending of the presented sales slips used for Gift redemption in the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion.
15. Redeemed Gift cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
16. The Bank is not the supplier and will not be responsible for the service and quality of items provided by the supplier.
17. Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion.
18. In case of dispute, the Bank reserves the right for the final decision.
19. This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
20. The Bank reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
21. If there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
