Terms and Conditions:

1. Applicants who successfully applied for the Green Financing – Electric Motorcycles Personal Loan of Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM bank”) from 2 January 2025 until 31 March 2025 (“Campaign Period”) can be entitled to the Special Interest Rate Offer (“Interest Offer”).
2. “Interest Offer”
   2.1      The loan period must be 12 months / 24 months / 36 months.
   2.2      Early Partial Repayment is not allowed for BCM Personal Loans under this Interest Offer.
   2.3      Under the loan tenor of 12 to 36 months, the Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) of the Special Interest Rate for normal customer and professionals/civil servants/payroll account customer would not exceed 8.31% and 8.52% p.a. respectively. Actual APR will be subjected to the final loan approval.
   2.4      Early Full Repayment within the first 12 months of loan period is subject to a penalty of 2-months interest on initial loan principal or MOP/HKD300 (whichever is higher); Early Full Repayment from the 13th month of loan period and onward is subject to a penalty of 1.5 months interest on initial loan principal or MOP/HKD300 (whichever is higher).
   2.5      The minimum loan amount for the campaign is defined by BCM bank on campaign basis at the bank’s discretion.
   2.6      The loan applications are subjected to the final approval by BCM bank at the prevailing interest rate defined from time to time by BCM bank without prior notice.
   2.7      Applicants are required to provide necessary document(s) to support his/her current employment status. 
3. BCM bank reserves the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
5. In case of dispute, BCM bank reserves the right for the final decision.
6. In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
