The Promotion Period of “BCM X Grand Emperor Hotel Exclusive Dining Privileges” (“Promotion”) is from 14 August to 31 October 2023 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period). |

The Promotion is applicable to Credit Cards and Co-branded Credit Cards (including Principal Cards and Supplementary Card issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM bank”) ) (“Eligible Credit Card”). |

Offer 1 – Discount Offer: |

3.1 During the Promotion Period, all BCM Credit Cardholders can enjoy the exclusive Discount Offers (“Discount Offers”) at the Royal Kitchen, Grand Emperor Court and Royal Robatayaki managed by Grand Emperor Hotel (“Restaurants”). |

3.2 Customers must settle payment with BCM Credit Card to enjoy the Discount Offers. |
| |
3.3 The Discount Offers are not applicable on blackout dates designated by Grand Emperor Hotel. In addition, the number of guest that is able to enjoy the Discount Offers for each Transaction is capped at a maximum of 12 adults, additional charge will be imposed on other guests. Please enquire the relevant Restaurants if in doubt, whilst the related matter will be subjected to the arrangement of Grand Emperor Hotel. |

3.4 Advance dining reservations are required. |

3.5 The Discount Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. |

Offer 2 – Extra Bonus Point Reward: |

4.1 Cardholders who have made eligible single transactions upon MOP/HKD500 with BCM Credit Card at Restaurants managed by Grand Emperor Hotel can be entitled to the corresponding Extra 1 Times Bonus Points (“Extra Bonus Point”) of the Transaction Amount (“Transaction Amount”). |

4.2 Each Credit Card can be entitled to a maximum of 10,000 Extra Bonus Points in this Promotion. |

4.3 This Offer is not applicable for Doraemon, World Mastercard, UnionPay Diamond, UnionPay Platinum “Miles Reward”, Pui Ching Alumni Association and Macau Realty UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards. |

4.4 The calculation of the Extra Bonus Point is based on the Transaction Amount, disregard the Bonus Point scheme of the related Credit Card types. |

4.5 The relevant Extra Bonus Points will be credited to the relevant Credit Card account after the Promotion within one month. |
| |
4.6 If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Promotion have been collected, and resulted in the transactions failing to meet the spending requirement, the bank has the right to debit the redeemed Extra Bonus Point from the relevant Credit Card account without prior notice. |

4.7 The Extra Bonus Point Reward cannot be used in conjunction with the bank’s other promotional offers. The required spending used for entitling the Promotion cannot be used for other offers. |
| 5. |
Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card with good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the offers. |
| 6. |
BCM bank is not the supplier of the products and will not be responsible for any matters in relation to the products provided. Should there be any disagreement regarding to the quality of the product, Cardholder should settle the controversy directly with Grand Emperor Hotel. |

In case of dispute, BCM bank and Grand Emperor Hotel reserve the right for the final decision. |
| 8. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
| 9. |
BCM bank and Grand Emperor Hotel reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
| 10. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
