Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion Period of “Hello Kitty Gifts Redemption Offer” (“Promotion”) is from 13 October to 12 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”), whereas the spending period is from 13 October to 12 December 2025 ("Spending Period”) and the redemption period is from 13 October to 12 December 2025 ("Redemption Period”).
2. The Promotion is applicable to the Hello Kitty Credit Cards (including Principal Card and Supplementary Card) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“the Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”).
3. During the Promotion Period, cardholders can be entitled to the Hello Kitty Mini Steamer, Hello Kitty Pou Bag, Hello Kitty Lunch Bag, or Hello Kitty Wireless Bluetooth Speaker ("Gift") by: 
   
   3.1 Hello Kitty Mini Steamer
   3.1.1 Successfully accumulate retail and online spending amount of MOP/HKD8,800;
   3.1.2 Designated Credit Card Bonus Points of 60,000 or 10,000 points plus MOP/HKD250.
   
   3.2 Hello Kitty Pouch Bag
   3.2.1 Successfully accumulate retail and online spending amount of MOP/HKD2,500;
   3.2.2 Designated Credit Card Bonus Points of 16,000 or 8,000 points plus MOP/HKD40.
   
   3.3 Hello Kitty Lunch Bag
   3.3.1 Successfully accumulate retail and online spending amount of MOP/HKD2,800;
   3.3.2 Designated Credit Card Bonus Points of 18,000 or 8,000 points plus MOP/HKD50.

   3.4.1 Successfully accumulate retail and online spending amount of MOP/HKD3,300;
   3.4.2 Designated Credit Card Bonus Points of 22,000 or 8,000 points plus MOP/HKD80.
   
   
4. Spending on the Principal Card and Supplementary Card will be individually calculated.
5. Cardholders are required to present the BCM Hello Kitty Credit Cards for redemption application at BCM Building 4/F within the Redemption Period. Gifts are available on first-come-first-served basis whilst stocks last. No late application will be accepted.
6. Eligible Transactions of this Promotion refer to retail and online spending transactions within the Spending Period are eligible for this Promotion, whilst the transaction category and eligibility shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of BCM according to the merchant codes issued by Visa International/ Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited. The following transaction items are excluded: all non-retail transactions, including (but without limitation) any Credit Card installment program, Macau Pass and MPay related top-up transaction, casino chips, gambling nature transactions, balance transfer,  autopay, cash advance, credit card annual fee, charges, handling fee, interest or financial charges, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions plus any other transaction defined by the Bank from time to time. (“Eligible Transaction”)
7. Each Eligible Transaction is limited to redeem one Gift disregarding the amount of the transaction.
8. Each customer is limited to entitle a maximum of 5 Gifts.
9. If the accumulate spending amount of the Eligible Transaction within the promotion period has not reached the requirement, the Bank has the right to debit an amount equivalent to the value of the redeemed Gift from the relevant Credit Card account, which is MOP600 respectively without prior notice.
10. Pictures of the Gift is for reference only. Shall there be any discrepancy between the pictures and the actual Gift, the latter shall prevail, while the discrepancy does not affect the value of the Gift.
11. All related spending used for Gift redemption in the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion.
12. Redeemed Gift cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
13. Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion.
14. In case of dispute, the Bank reserves the right for the final decision.
15. This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
16. The Bank reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
17. If there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
