Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion Period of “Flash Offer” (“Promotion”) is from 24 to 30 November 2025, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Spending Period is from 24 to 30 November 2025 (“Spending Period”) and the Redemption Period is from 1 to 5 December 2025 (“Redemption Period”).
2. The Promotion is applicable to Credit Cards (including Principal Cards and Supplementary Cards) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) (“Eligible Credit Card”).
3. During the Spending Period, Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) who make at least 2 eligible transactions of accumulated local retail spending amount of MOP3,000 with BCM Eligible Credit Card can be entitled to MOP50 cash coupon (“Reward”).
4. Spending Accumulation Method:
   4.1 Spending transaction amount of each transaction must be MOP300 or above in order to be eligible for the spending accumulation.
   4.2 Spending amount of Dual Currency Credit Card will be individually calculated.
   4.3 Spending on the Principal Card and Supplementary Card will be individually calculated.
   4.4 Each Customer is limited to be entitled to a maximum of MOP500 Cash Coupon.
5. Rewards are available on first-come-first-served basis whilst stock lasts.
6. Cardholders are required to bring along their BCM Credit Card and sales slips and visit BCM Building 4/F (Card Centre) to apply for their Reward during the Redemption Period. No late application will be accepted.
7. All presented sales slips for this Promotion are deemed acknowledged and agreed by the Cardholders for the redemption and will not be returned. Photocopies, handwritten copies or Card statements will not be accepted.
8. Each sales slip is limited to redeem one Reward disregarding the amount of transaction.
9. Only one sales slip can be accepted from the same merchant if multiple transactions were made at the same merchant within the same day.
10. All related spending of the presented sales slip used for redeeming the Reward of this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, whilst this Promotion shall prevail in calculating Reward for various campaigns.
11. Redeemed Reward cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
12. The following transaction items are excluded in this Promotion: all non-retail transactions, including (but without limitation) any Credit Card Installment Program, internet transaction, Macau Pass and MPay related transaction, casino chips, gambling nature transactions, balance transfer, autopay, cash advance, Credit Card annual fee, charges, handling fee, interest or financial charges, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions plus any other transaction defined by the BCM from time to time.
13. Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card and with good financial status in order to be entitled to the Promotion.
14. If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Rewards have been collected, and resulted in the transactions failing to meet the designated amount, BCM has the right to debit the value of the redeemed Rewards from the relevant Credit Card account or any other bank account possessed by cardholder in BCM in case the Credit Card account is invalid without prior notice.
15. BCM reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
16. This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
17. In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision.
18. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
