Each Customer can only redeem each promo code once during the Promotion Period, and only one promo code can be used per purchase order. The Instant Discount Offer is available on a first-come-first served basis, whilst quota last. |

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other HKTVmall promo codes or vouchers. Instant Discount Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. |

This Promotion is only applicable to HKTVmall website or mobile application. For the purchase orders participating in this Promotion, the registered shipping address must be Macau address. |

Instant Discount Offer is not applicable to large home appliances and designated electronics products, designated merchant delivery items, HKTVmall e-vouchers, Hong Kong Disneyland tickets & accommodation packages, Stage 1 infant formula, all gold/silver/diamond jewelry, travel offer items, gift cards and point cards, AXA insurance, leisure activities tickets, charity donations, logistic goods, gold, Apple products and Samsung products, and other products announced by HKTVmall from time to time, whilst the information published by HKTVmall shall prevail. |

The Instant Discount amount will be deducted immediately upon payment and cannot be redeemed for cash. No accumulation, reclaim or future use is allowed. |

Customers must enter the promo code when placing the online shopping order to redeem the Instant Discount Offer. BCM and HKTVmall are not responsible for any failure due to customer’s behavior (e.g. incorrect purchase, failure to enter promo code during checkout, expired promo code, etc.). |

Customers are responsible for the expense(s) incurred due to any transportation arrangements, taxes, insurance, or other cost generated from this Promotion. |

Customers should maintain valid BCM Credit Card(s) with good financial status in order to be entitled to the Promotion. |

Customers are required to read and comply with these terms and conditions before participating in this Promotion, Customers’ participation in this Promotion will signify that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. |

BCM and HKTVmall reserve the right to change, terminate, and/or cancel the promotion or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, BCM and HKTVmall reserve the right for the final decision. |

BCM is not the supplier of the services/products and will not be responsible for the quality of the services/products by the suppliers. Should there be any disagreement regarding to the quality of the services/products, customer should settle the controversy directly with the supplier. |

This service/ product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |

If there are any inconsistencies between the English version and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
