Special Offers for Plaza Premium First Airport Lounge Service

Terms & Conditions:

1.	The Promotion Period of “Special Offers for Plaza Premium First Airport Lounge Service” (“Promotion”) is from 27 July to 31 September 2026 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2.	The Promotion is applicable to Visa Signature Credit Card, World Mastercard, BUZZ Credit Card, Visa Platinum Credit Card, and UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Credit Card (including Principal Card and Supplementary Card) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) (“Eligible Credit Card”).
3.	Offer 1 – Plaza Premium First Access Fee Offer During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of eligible Credit Card visiting Plaza Premium First Lounge in Macau and Hong Kong (“PPF Lounge”) can enjoy the service under the following access arrangements:
	3.1	With Free Access Entitlement: Cardholders may redeem 2 Free Accesses to enter PPF Lounge for Free; OR redeem 1 Free Access plus an additional fee of MOP/HKD 230 per person per visit.
	3.2	Without Free Access Entitlement: Cardholders may access the PPF lounge at a promotional price of MOP/HKD 460 per person per visit.
4.	Offer 2 – Top Spender Offer The top 150 cardholders with the highest accumulated Eligible Credit Card Spending (“Top Spending Cardholders”)during the Promotion Period will be entitled to a one-time complimentary PPF Lounge Access:
	4.1	The accumulated spending will be calculated by cardholder level. The total spending will be the sum of all eligible transactions made across all Eligible Credit Cards held by the same cardholder during the Promotion Period.
	4.2	Spending of Supplementary Card will be calculated together with the Principal Card whilst the entitled free access to be shared between Principal and Supplementary Cardholder.
	4.3	The following transaction items are excluded: any Credit Card installment program, Macau Pass and MPay related transaction, casino chips, gambling nature transactions, balance transfer, cash advance, credit card annual fee, charges, handling fee, interest or financial charges, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions plus any other transaction defined by the Bank from time to time.
	4.4	The Top Spending Cardholders will be notified individually on or before 31 January 2027.
	4.5	The complimentary PPF Lounge access must be redeemed on or before 31 December 2027.
	4.6	The Free Access cannot be exchanged for cash.
	4.7	If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Free Access has been redeemed, and resulted in the transactions failing to meet the designated amount, BCM has the right to debit the value of the Free Access from the relevant Credit Card account or any other bank account possessed by cardholder in BCM in case the Credit Card account is invalid without prior notice.
5.	BCM reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
6.	This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
7.	In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision.
8.	If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
