2. The Promotion is only applicable to the customers who have successfully registered BCM account for BCM Digital Payment Service during the Promotion Period (“Customers”). 3. “Welcome Offer“ 3.1 The first 2,000 Customers who successfully registered for BCM Digital Payment Service with existing BCM savings or current accounts (“BCM accounts”) and make first transaction during the Promotion Period can entitle to MOP18 cash rebate, whilst customers who make registration with his/her first BCM bank account that is opened during the Promotion Period and make first transaction can entitle to MOP38 cash rebate (“Cash Rebate”). 3.2 The Welcome Offer is only applicable to customers who has never registered BCM Digital Payment Service before. 3.3 Each Customer can entitle to the Welcome Offer once. 3.4 The related cash rebate will be automatically deposited to the customer’s relevant account. 4. “Monthly Lucky Draw” 4.1 Customers who perform Digital Payment Service Transaction (“Transaction”) with BCM accounts during the Promotion Period can entitle to one lucky draw chance per transaction in the Monthly Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”). 4.2 Regardless of the number of transactions made, each customer can entitle to multiple Lucky Draw chances but is limited to win up to a maximum of one Lucky Draw Prize (“Prize”) per month. 4.3 The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 12 July 2021, 11 August 2021 and 10 September 2021 respectively. 4.4 Total 20 Gifts will be drawn monthly, namely, Grand Prize – MOP2000 Cash Rebate (1 Winner); 2nd Prize – MOP1000 Cash Rebate (1 Winner); 3rd Prize – MOP500 Cash Rebate (1 Winner); 4th to 10th Prize – MOP100 Cash Rebate (7 Winners) and Consolation Prize – MOP50 Cash Rebate (10 Winners). 4.5 The Lucky Draw results will be announced on BCM website. 4.6 The related Prizes will be automatically deposited to the customer’s relevant account within the following month after each lucky draw. 4.7 Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 4.8 Lucky Draw is not applicable to persons under the age of 18 and BCM staff. 5. All eligible transactions for the Promotion are based on the system record of BCM. 6. Customers should maintain the relevant bank account as valid and with good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the Campaign. 7. Customers should maintain the registration of the Digital Payment Service with the related BCM accounts throughout the Promotion period and 3 months after the Promotion ends. Shall the Customer deregister the account anytime in between the aforementioned period, BCM bank reserves the right to forfeit or withdraw relevant Cash Rebate, lucky draw and prize entitlement(s) without further notice, whilst an administration fee of MOP50 and an amount equivalent to any collected Cash Rebate and/or Lucky Draw Prizes (if applicable) will be deducted from the relevant account. 8. BCM bank reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. 9. This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. 10. In case of any dispute, BCM bank reserves the right to make the final decision. 11.
