Tax Refund Account Registration Reward

Terms and Conditions
1.	The Registration period of the “Tax Refund Account Registration Reward” (“Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) for tax refund account with BCM is from 7 May to 20 May 2026 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”); whilst the Deposit Offer pre-registration period is from 7 May to 12 June 2026 with both dates inclusive.
2.	Offer 1: Tax Refund Account Registration Offer
2.1	During the Promotion Period, brand new customer and existing customer who have successfully registered tax refund account (“Account”) and deposited the MOP10,000 Cash Handout Fund (“Fund”) from the Wealth Partaking Scheme can be entitled to MOP80 and MOP50 cash reward respectively.
2.2	The offer is applicable to new registration only. The offer does not apply to any customers who has registered the Account during the past 12 months before the registration date.
2.3	The Fund is required to be deposited via the registered BCM transfer account with the Financial Services Bureau.
3.	Offer 2: Deposit Offer
3.1	Brand new customer and existing customer who have successfully enjoyed Offer 1 and deposited the Fund into the Account, and maintained in the Account for 3 consecutive months (“Deposit Period”) can be entitled to MOP80 and MOP50 cash reward respectively.
3.2	Shall the customer request to cancel the Fund holding before the maturity of the Deposit Period, the qualification to all Cash Reward(s) will be forfeited, whilst the equivalent amount of the collected Cash Reward(s) will be deducted from the relevant account.
4.	Each customer can only entitle to the Promotion once.
5.	Minor account is applicable to the Promotion and the entitlement belongs to the account owner.
6.	Joint account is not applicable to the Promotion.
7.	The related Cash Rewards will be automatically deposited to customers’ relevant account after the program period of Wealth Partaking Scheme.
8.	The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with BCM’s other offers.
9.	Customers should maintain a valid BCM account and with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion.
10.	In case of any dispute, BCM reserves the right to make the final decision.
11.	This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
12.	BCM reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the above offers at any time without prior notice.
13.	In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
