Transaction Brokerage Fee Welcome Offers |

2.1 Brokerage Fee Waiver Offer |

2.1.1 Customers who have opened NEW U.S Stock Trading Account during the Promotion Period (“Customer”) can be entitled to transaction Brokerage Fee Waiver (“Brokerage Fee Waiver”) for the first month, with a maximum amount of USD168 per customer. Upon the Brokerage Fee Waiver has reached the maximum amount, the transaction thereafter will be able to enjoy 50% discount on the brokerage fee. |

2.2 Brokerage Fee Discount Offer |

2.2.1 Subsequently, Customers can enjoy 50% Waiver Discount off on transaction brokerage fee of USD0.009 per share with a minimum amount of USD6 for normal customers and USD5 for VIP customers per share (“Waiver Discount”) respectively from the 2nd to the 4th month upon successful U.S. Stock Trading Account opening during the Promotion Period. |

2.3 The Brokerage Fee Waiver and Waiver Discount will be rewarded in terms of cash rebate (“Rebate) and automatically deposited into the relevant settlement account after the Promotion Period. |

USD Star Rewards Account Rewards |

3.1 Customers who have successfully opened New USD Star Rewards Account and New U.S. Stock Trading Account during the Promotion Period, can be entitled to 18,000 Bonus Points, whilst New VIP Banking customer can be entitled to 38,000 Bonus Points respectively. |

3.2 New VIP Banking Customer refers to customers who have not joined BCM VIP Banking Service in the past 12 months. |

3.3 The earned Bonus Points from the Promotion will be converted to Asia Miles (“Miles”) at the conversion rate which is every 10 Bonus Points to 1 Mile for UnionPay Diamond Card and every 15 Bonus Points to 1 Mile for UnionPay Platinum Card respectively. |

3.4 The Miles will be credited to the designated Cathy membership account before 30 April 2026 automatically, whilst basic Bonus Point obtained from the Account will be converted to Asia miles and credited to designed Cathay membership account automatically as prevailing practice. |

Each Customer can only be entitled to the above Offers once subjected to the bank’s record, regardless of the number of accounts opened. |

Should Customer closed the relevant accounts before the Rebate and Bonus Points are credited, the entitlement will be automatically forfeited. |

Relevant accounts should maintain good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to be entitled to the above offers. |
