| Terms and Conditions |

The Promotion Period of “New Year Delightful Reward” (“Promotion”) is from 9 February 2026 to 1 March 2026 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |

The Promotion is applicable to Credit Cards and Co-branded Credit Cards (including Principal Cards and Supplementary Cards) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) (“Eligible Credit Card”). |
| 3. |
Cardholders are required to register the Eligible Credit Card(s) online at BCM website within the Promotion Period in order to be entitled to the Promotion. The Principal and Supplementary Credit Cards should be registered individually. No late registration will be accepted. |

The Promotion is only applicable to the first 2,000 registered Customers (“Customers”). |
| 5. |
Eligible Transaction refers to local/overseas retail purchase or online transaction made with Eligible Credit Card, with a minimum spending amount of MOP/HKD500 per transaction (“Eligible Transaction”). The following transaction types are excluded: all transactions made in Chinese Mainland with any BCM UnionPay Credit Card, any Credit Card installment program, Macau Pass and MPay related transaction, casino chips, gambling nature transactions, balance transfer, autopay, cash advance, credit card annual fee, charges, handling fee, interest or financial charges, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions, plus any other transaction defined by BCM from time to time. |

Cash Rebate Reward: |

6.1 Customer who make at least 3 Eligible Transactions and accumulate designated Eligible Transactions amount can enjoy the corresponding cash rebate (“Cash Rebate”): |

6.1.1 Enjoy MOP/HKD68 cash rebate for total Eligible Transactions amount between MOP/HKD5,000 MOP/HKD9,999.99; |

6.1.2 Enjoy MOP/HKD188 cash rebate for total Eligible Transactions amount between MOP/HKD10,000 to MOP/HKD14,999.99. |

6.1.3 Enjoy MOP/HKD388 cash rebate for total Eligible Transactions amount of MOP/HKD15,000 or above. |

6.2 The minimum amount per transaction is MOP/HKD500. |
| |
6.3 Spending on the Principal Card and Supplementary Card will be individually calculated. |

6.4 Each customer is limited to be entitled to a maximum of MOP/HKD388 Cash Rebate disregard the number of Credit Card(s) he/she registered. |
| 7. |
Reward will be rebated to related Credit Card account before 13 March 2026. |
| 8. |
Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card and with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion. |
| 9. |
If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Cash Rebate has been credited, and resulted in the transactions failing to meet the designated amount, BCM has the right to debit the value of the Cash Rebate from the relevant Credit Card account or any other bank account possessed by cardholder in BCM in case the Credit Card account is invalid without prior notice. |

The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. |
| 11. |
BCM reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
| 12. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
| 13. |
In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision. |
| 14. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
