The Promotion Period of “New Customer Bonus Welcome Rewards” (“The Promotion”) of Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is from 30 September to 31 December 2026, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |

3.2 The Reward is only appliable to customers who have not possessed any Current or Savings Account in the past 12 months. |

Investment Welcome Reward |

4.1 Customers who open New Investment Service Account can enjoy HKD50 cash rebate. |

4.2 The Reward is only appliable to customers who have not possessed any Investment Service Account in the past 12 months. |

Securities Trading Service Welcome Reward |
| |
5.1 Customers who open New Hong Kong or U.S. Stock Securities Trading Account and successfully make at least one trading transaction within one month from Account opening date can enjoy HKD50 cash rebate. |

5.2 The Reward is only appliable to customers who have not possessed any Hong Kong or U.S. Stock Securities Trading Account in the past 12 months. |

Portfolio Transfer Reward |

6.1 Customers who transfer HK Stock/ U.S. Stock/ Investment Fund to BCM can enjoy HKD50 cash rebate. |

VIP Banking Welcome Reward |
| |
7.1 Customers who deposit New Fund of HKD/MOP500,000 or above and become VIP Banking Customers can be entitled to MOP100 cash rebate. |

7.2 New VIP Banking Customers refer to customers who have not joined BCM VIP Banking Service in the past 12 months. |
| 8. |
Investment Loan Reward |
| |
8.1 Customers who successfully apply for Investment Loan Service and get approved can enjoy HKD100 cash rebate. |

Credit Card Application Approval Reward |
| |
9.1 Brand New BCM Credit Cardholders who have completed Credit Card application during the Promotion Period and successfully made at least one Credit Card transaction (“Valid Transactions”) during the first month upon card issuance, can enjoy MOP50 cash rebate. |

9.2 The Reward is inapplicable to any existing BCM Credit Cardholders OR customers who possessed any BCM Credit Card or Co-branded Credit Card during the past 12 months before the Credit Card application date. |

9.3 Valid transactions exclude MacauPass top-up, MPay top-up, autopay transactions, total installment amount of interest-free installment program, total installment amount of cash-in plan and “Easy-Fun” installment plan, financial charges, fees and other unauthorized transactions. |

Each customer can enjoy each kind of the Rewards of the Promotion once only, regardless of the number of accounts opened or transactions made. |
| 11. |
The relevant cash rebate(s) of the Promotion will be deposited into the related account(s) after the Promotion Period ends. |
| 12. |
All Banking Services applications are subject to the final approval of BCM. |
| 13. |
The related Banking Services accounts should maintain at valid account status in order to enjoy the above offer. Shall the Customers closed the relevant account(s) before the Offers are credited, the related cash rebate will be automatically forfeited. |
| 14. |
In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision. |
| 15. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
| 16. |
BCM reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the above offers at any time without prior notice. |
| 17. |
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
