1. |
The Promotion Period of “Freshen Up Spending Reward” (“Promotion”) is from 1 April to 31 May 2020, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |

The Promotion is applicable to all Credit Cards and Co-branded Credit Cards (including Principle Cards and Supplementary Cards) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“the Bank”), except Doraemon, World Mastercard and UnionPay Diamond Credit Cards (“Eligible Credit Card”). |

Cardholders are required to register the Eligible Credit Card at BCM website within the Promotion Period in order to be entitled to the Promotion. |
4. |
Successfully registered cardholders who have made accumulative spending of designated category of MOP/HKD2,000 or other local retail transaction of MOP/HKD3,000 with the Eligible Credit Cards during the Promotion Period can entitle to corresponding cash rebate of MOP/HKD30 or MOP/HKD50 respectively, while the VIP customers can entitle to MOP/HKD40 or MOP/HKD60 (“Reward”) respectively. |

Spending Accumulation Methods |
5.1 |
Each spending transaction must be MOP/HKD300 or above in order to be eligible for the spending accumulation. |
5.2 |
Beauty, Food & Beverage and Online Spending will be individually calculated. |
5.3 |
The spending accumulation of each category will be subjected to the Bank’s record. |
5.4 |
Spending amount of Dual Currency Credit Card will be individually calculated. |
5.5 |
Spending on the Principle Card and Supplementary Card will be individually calculated. |
5.6 |
The accumulative spending amount will be calculated per card on a monthly basis. |
5.7 |
Each registered customer is limited to entitle to the Reward of each category for once per month. |
6. |
Rewards will be rebated to the Eligible Credit Card accounts within 1 month after the Promotion Period. |

The following transaction items are excluded: all non-retail transactions, including (but without limitation) any credit card installment program, Macau Pass and MPay related top-up transaction, New Yaohan retail spending and installment transaction, casino chips, gambling nature transactions, balance transfer, autopay, cash advance, credit card annual fee, charges, handling fee, interest or financial charges, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions plus any other transaction defined by the Bank from time to time. |

The Bonus Points in association with the relevant spending will be deducted from the relevant Credit Card account within one month after the Promotion Period. Shall the required Bonus Point deduction failed to processed due to insufficent balance, the Rewards will not be rebated. |
9. |
The Bonus Points in association with the relevant spending will not be reversed in case Cardholders cancel or return the Reward under all circumstances and reasons. |
10. |
Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card and with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion. |
11. |
If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Rewards have been collected, and resulted in the transactions failing to meet the designated amount, the bank has the right to debit the value of the redeemed Rewards from the relevant Credit Card account or any other bank account possessed by cardholder in the bank in case the Credit Card account is invalid without prior notice. |

The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. The required spending used for entitling the Promotion cannot be used for other offers. |
13. |
The Bank reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
14. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
15. |
In case of dispute, the Bank reserves the right for the final decision. |
16. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
