New Securities Trading e-Statement service is now available! From now on, you can view your investment records anytime, anywhere through “Securities Trading Monthly E-Statement” and “Securities Trading Consolidated Contract Note & Daily E-Statement” – no more reliance on paper statements.

As long as you are registered for BCM Net e-Banking/Mobile Banking, you can log in to access your e-Statements. Whether you’re reviewing a monthly transaction summary or daily trading records, everything is clearly presented at a glance.

This service allows more flexible access to your trading records, while also helps to reduce paper usage and minimize environmental impact. We encourage you to join us in supporting sustainable practices and building a greener future together.

1. Visit “BCM Net e-Banking Service”, “BCM eEnquiry Service” or open “BCM Mobile Banking Service” app
2. Log in using the valid username and password associated with your securities account

• Securities Trading Monthly E-Statement

1. After login, select “E-Statement”
2. Select “Securities Trading Monthly E-Statement”^*
3. Select your account, year and date to download and view the e-statement
*“Securities Trading Monthly E-Statement” shows the latest 36 months (3 years) statements only.

• Securities Trading Consolidated Contract Note & Daily E-Statement

1. After login, select “E-Statement”
2. Select “Securities Trading Consolidated Contract Note & Daily E-Statement”^*
3. Select your account, month and date to download and view the e-statement
*“Securities Trading Consolidated Contract Note & Daily E-Statement” shows the latest 180 days (6 months) statements only

1. After login, select “E-Statement”
2. Select “Statement Delivery Option”, then click “Edit”
3. Select “I would like to stop receiving physical statement”, then click “Proceed”
4. Click “Confirm” to complete registration
5. Once submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email notification

Remarks:

• The delivery method for Securities Trading Daily E-Statement and Monthly E-Statement must be the same
• Daily E-Statement: Once you stop receiving physical statement, the change will take effect on the next business day
• Monthly E-Statement: If the statement for the current month has already been issued, the change will take effect in the next statement cycle
