Credit Card - Welcome Offers

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.	Credit Cards Welcome Offers Promotion (“Promotion”) of Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is applicable to customers of BCM who successfully apply for BCM Credit Card (“Credit Card”) between 1 September and 31 December 2026, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) to enjoy the Welcome Gift (“Welcome Gift”).
2.	The Promotion is applicable to BRAND NEW BCM Credit Cardholders only. The Promotion does not apply to any existing BCM Credit Cardholders OR customers who possessed any BCM Credit Card or Co-branded Credit Card during the past 12 months before the Credit Card application date (“Eligible Customers”).
3.	Customers who successfully applied for BCM Credit Card for the first time and make purchases of at least MOP6,800 (“Eligible Transactions”) within the first three months of card issuance can enjoy one of the Welcome Offer – a Vivienne Westwood Café Tea Set for 2 or MOP/HKD300 Credit Card Cash Rebate.
3.1	Vivienne Westwood Café Tea Set for 2 voucher (“Voucher”)
	3.1.1 The Voucher is only applicable to the designated tea set at Vivienne Westwood Café located at Grand Lisboa Palace, operated by SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”).
	3.1.2 Eligible Customers who reach the designated spending amount will receive a SMS notification sent by BCM within approximately four to six weeks, and able to collect the Voucher in person at BCM upon the presentation of the SMS.
	3.1.3 The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, products or services; or transferred; or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Customers must keep their Voucher safe, report loss of the Voucher will not be accepted. BCM is not obliged to re-issue the voucher.
	3.1.4 The Vouchers are limited and available whilst stock lasts on a first-come-first-served basis. In case of stock out, BCM has full discretion, at anytime without prior notice, to change to any other gift being offered.
	3.1.5 BCM is not the service provider for the Voucher and will not be responsible for any matters in relation to the service/product provided. Should there be any disagreement regarding to the quality of the service/product, customers should settle the controversy directly with SJM.
	3.1.6 Customers shall also comply with the Voucher terms and conditions set by SJM.
3.2	MOP/HKD300 Credit Card Cash Rebate (“Credit Card Cash Rebate”)
	3.2.1 The Credit Card Cash Rebate will be credited directly to the relevant Credit Card within 4 to 6 weeks after the designated spending amount is fulfilled.
4.	Eligible Transactions include cash advances but exclude MacauPass and MPay related transactions, total installment amount of interest-free installment program, total installment amount of cash-in plan and “Easy-Fun” installment plan, financial charges, fees and other unauthorized transactions.
5.	The accumulation of transactions will be based on transaction date and calculated individually by each Credit Card.
6.	Each Credit Cardholder can enjoy the Promotion only ONE time disregards the number of BCM Credit Card he/she possesses/applied.
7.	Cardholder who has been rewarded the Welcome Gift and terminates the BCM Credit Card within 12 months from card issuance, is subject to a handling charge of MOP650 or MOP/HKD300 in accordance to the type of the Welcome Gifts redeemed to be debited from the Cardholder’s account.
8.	Transaction eligibility shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of BCM according to the merchant codes issued by Visa International/ Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited/ UnionPay International.
9.	Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card with good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the offers.
10.	In case of dispute, BCM and SJM reserve the right for the final decision.
11.	This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
12.	BCM and SJM reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
13.	If this English version of the terms and conditions does not conform to the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
