Credit Card Welcome Offer - Enjoy $0 Handling Fee on Cash-In Plan

TERMS AND CONDITIONS：

1.	“BCM Credit Card Acquiring Program - $0 Installment Offer” (“Promotion”) of Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is applicable to BRAND NEW BCM Credit Cardholders only. The Promotion does not apply to any existing BCM Credit Cardholders OR customers who possessed any BCM Credit Card or Co-branded Credit Card during the past 12 months before the Credit Card application date (“Customers”).
2.	Customers who successfully apply for Credit Cards and Co-branded Credit Cards (including Supplementary Card) issued by BCM (“Credit Card”) between 16 October and 31 December 2026, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), can enjoy Handling Charge Waiver for the Cash-In Plan within the first 3 months of card issuance (“Handling Charge Waiver) (“Cash-InPlan”).
	2.1 The minimum amount of the Cash-In-Plan is MOP/HKD3,000 and in multiples of $500; whilst the maximum Cash-In amount is MOP/HKD30,000 or 80% of available credit limits, whichever is lower (“Cash-In Amount”).
	2.2 The Cash-In Plan is fixed with 12-month repayment tenor.
	2.3 For early settlement and cancellation of the “Cash-In-Plan”, the Cardholder should repay the outstanding balance of approved installment amount and a cancellation Fee of MOP/HKD650. Relevant amount and handling fee(s) will then be debited from Cardholder’s Credit Card account automatically.
	2.4 The approved Cash-In Amount will be deducted from the available credit limit of Cardholder’s designated Credit Card. Any application once approved by BCM is irrevocable and cannot be varied.
	2.5 The repayment amount per installment is calculated by dividing the total Cash-In Amount by the number of tenors as defined by BCM.
	2.6 The approval process of the application requires 5 days from receipt of request and notification letter will be mailed to Cardholder upon approval.
3.	The Approval of the Credit Card and Cash-In-Plan is subjected to the decision of BCM.
4.	Each Credit Cardholder can enjoy the Offer only ONE time disregards the number of BCM Primary Credit Card, Supplementary Credit Card or Cash-In-Plan he/she applied.
5.	Should the Credit Card limit exceeded for any reason during the application process or before the approval, BCM has the right to terminate the application and request immediate partial / full repayment to the outstanding balance.
6.	BCM shall not be liable if BCM cannot approve the application due to Cardholder cannot provide complete information to confirm the application details.
7.	The Cash-In amount is not eligible to the “Credit Card Bonus Point” scheme.
8.	BCM reserves the right to approve or reject the application without prior notice. All presented application form(s) and relevant document(s) for the Program will not be returned.
9.	BCM reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
10.	This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
11.	In case of any dispute, BCM reserves the right to make the final decision.
12.	If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
